METAL 3D PRINTING

We've invested heavily in becoming more than just a machine shop. As the manufacturer of your innovations, we added metal 3D printing capabilities to make sure we can continue to produce the parts you design. Our Laser Powder Bed Fusion (L-PBF) 3D printer uses 4x 400 Watt lasers to melt metal powder one layer at a time, producing parts with geometry that couldn't be made any other way.

Machine:

300x300x400mm work envelope

Materials:

  • Aluminum AlSi10Mg

  • Grade 5 Titanium

  • Inconel 625 & 718

  • Other materials available upon request

As your partner in implementing this emerging technologies, we're here to support you.

This includes:

  • Heat treatment selection

  • Material selection

  • Material qualification

  • Design of "as printed" or "pre-machining" CAD model

  • Design for additive manufacturing (DfAM)

POLYMER 3D PRINTING

We offer a large variety of polymer additive manufacturing methods and materials to support your prototype or production needs. Whether you're looking for detailed resolution and great surface finishes or strong parts for end use applications, we have the perfect printer for producing your parts.
