4.

COMMON APPLICATIONS WE SEE

a metal 3D printed part with organic geometry

Design freedom to reduce weight and create complex organic / lattice forms not possible in metal with any other method.

A 3D printed metal part that has been cut in half

Printing difficult-to-machine materials to near net shape without the limitations of forging or casting .

a metal 3D printed fluid mixing chamber

Internal cooling channels for actively cooled components with- out the limitations and issues of traditional manufacturing methods.

OUR PROCESS

We leverage Laser Powder Bed Fusion (L-PBF) printing; sintering fine metal powder into solid parts layer by later. This process is also referred to as Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) and has proven itself as the process of choice for critical applications and is now regularly used in rocket engine parts, satellites components, medical implants, and defense applications showing it's ability too meet demanding requirements in production settings.
