SUPPORTING RESOURCES
Dedicated Metallurgy Lab
+ Cut, grind, polish system
+ Keyence VHX-7000 microscope
+ Hall flow meter
Electronic Discharge Machine
This machine uses incredible amounts of focussed electricity to cut parts from their build plates. It is preferred to a bandsaw for its ability to cut very hard metals and do so without leaving a kerf groove.
Nabertherm Heat Treatment Oven
Utilized for stress relieving and heat treating with inert capability. This resource is incredibly useful for stabilizing parts before they move to the post-machining process.
Future funded additions
+ Tensile bar testing
+ Particle Size Analyzer
+ Tap Density Measurement
+ Morphology Observation by 3D microscope

OUR ADDITIVE FACILITY

In 2025 we made a significant investment in our additive manufacturing facility located directly next door to our existing headquarters and machine shop.
+ Built for scale; the facility will hold 12+ medium format printers.
+ We also created a dedicated powder storage room and metallurgical lab.
+ The whole facility is laid with ESD safe flooring and conditioned with precise climate control for both temperature and humidity.
