Construction has started on Rennscot's new 21,000 sq. ft. advanced manufacturing building, located on their existing site in Woburn, MA. The building is designed by Levallee Brensinger Architects and constructed by DC Beane and Associates.
This new building features an area of approximately 7700 sq. ft. dedicated to CNC machining, quality control & inspection. There is an additional 1500 sq. ft. room purpose built for advanced Metal 3D printing off of the 7000 sq. ft. of office space on the second floor.
With 2000Amps of 480V power and a 12" thick reinforced concrete slab, this building is designed with Rennscot's growth in mind.
The manufacturing space is completely climate controlled and features Kalwall's innovative translucent facade blanketing the manufacturing space in natural light, an attribute rarely seen in manufacturing environments. Additionally, a well equipped kitchen and gym will provide an even greater space for employees. These features will give Rennscot employees an amazing work environment, while making it easier to manufacture precision machined components for their customers.
